Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and demand. On average, delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing. Please note that during busy periods or promotions, shipping times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship to South Africa and select international locations. If your country is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us for assistance.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delays
